Définir/Etablir. - To analyze inputs, customer test specifications and applicable regulation or standards, and ensure that test procedure are in compliancy with requests. - Define est protocols with V&V Engineers and internal teams for tests validation to be perform on cells, modules or sub parts. - BuildConstruire - Test planning with goal, objectives, test capability and customer procedures. - Test set-up taking into account customer procedure requirements, simulation and tests experts needs and requirements - To help build and adjust the Abuse safety area strategy (agenda, organization, external lab management,.) - To evaluate the budget for all safety validation & qualification tests and all needed dedicated development tools. - Guarantee Garantir - The accordance between specification, test procedures and test bench capabilities. o The test results, and protocols compliancy to specification. - Synthetizes tests results to the V&V team or internal customer feedback & escalation of deviations - To guarantee that abuse test technical team follow all the ACC safety rules defined by Safety team and HSE team - LeadMener/Diriger - The organization of the activities with abusive Test Technician. - To follow external test lab activities according to commercial agreement with Test Planner. - ContributeContribuer à - To share best practices within ACC test team (template, process, product tests results, technical expertise - thermal/environmental/safety/Embedded SW/ Electrical/ Li ion technology..) - To update KPI & reporting according ACC process and objectives - SharePartager - To update official test report area according product test progress. **Profil recherché**: **Skills Requirements**: **Knowledge / Know how**: Electrical, Physical Measurement, Environmental/mechanical tests **Experience (domain, number of years)**: Min 3 year in similar job activities with activities on tests for Industrial or automotive market with a complete component validation & qualification activities. **Qualifications (diplomas, languages )**: Master’s degree or Eng degree with Electrical or Physical Measurement Good level in English. **Key behaviours**: Li Ion battery, V&V activities, Tests set-up and instrumentation, power electronics, thermal and safety. Huge environmental constraints (mechanical, thermal, shock & vibrations, safety)/ MAthlab Simulink/ lab test programmation. **Some extra skills which make the difference**: Reactive, Well organized, Good relationship / communication. Quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, PDCA).
