**We are looking for a JIT Process Specialist to join our teams**
Our activity Faurecia Seating (FAS) is looking for a JIT Process Specialist as a support of the Program Core Team, he/she is responsible for the process design and implementation in his (her) field of expertise for our Tech Center in Brières (near Paris, 91 in Essone). This Tech center is developping automotive seatings for differents suplliers worldwide. With the aim to ensure security, comfort and giving you a new and unique experience in the cockpit.
This opportunity is a part of our Product Line JIT entity (Just-in-time) located in Europe (perimeter of France and Portugal). By using the Lean Manufacturing spirit, our JIT facilities delivered our suppliers by using a driven pull strategy. Our excellence is the heart of our operations to deliver our best-value seats to our customers/suppliers (OEMs) just in time.
**You'll work on challenges that matter**
- **
Manage and develop complete process specifications** for each project managed by the JIT Manufacturing Engineering department: define production equipment specifications, follow-up production equipment build, ensures equipment delivery and installation in the plant, conduct equipment reception process, support the Production Ramp-up.
- ** Oversee and ensure Design for Manufacturability processes** are implemented to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Ergonomic targets.
- ** Contribute to the equipment cost reduction** in collaboration with the Purchasing Department
- ** Capitalize on lessons learned**. Ensure development and deployment of process standards, design checklist and guidelines, best practices. Contributes to leveraging industrial know-how across projects and plants.
- ** Get support from relevant technology experts** or support functions when required.
- ** Coordinate program work package tasks** under his(er) responsibility and ensure their accomplishment
- ** Report all manufacturing risks analysis** and their associated action plans and opportunities.
**And if it were you ?**
- Master's degree (electrical / industrial systems engineering)
- Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering experience in a factory and/or project in an automotive assembly industry.
- Strong knowledge in the technical machine design with significant experiences in automation, robot, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
- Trained in Production System Efficiency,
- Autocad, MS project, SolidWorks knowledge
- Team player with strong communication skills
- International mind set
- English & French languages required
- Being away frequently
