**Description de la mission**:
Nous recherchons actuellement a renforcer nos équipes RH France sur un rôle de HRBP & Process Admin Specialist H/F basé à Issy Les Moulineaux:
Vos principales missions:
Prendre en charge un périmètre opérationnel de 120 collaborateurs, composé de l’équipe RH CIS et de différentes fonctions support:

- Vous pilotez les sujets RH de votre périmètre en coordination avec le DRH de l’entité et les HR managers. (pilotage plan de recrutement, formation, gestion de la performance, gestion des départs )
- Vous êtes l’interface de la Global Business Line et de la Finance pour le suivi des effectifs non facturables (Forecast, Approvals...)

Coordonner et déployer les process administratifs RH pour CIS France (7000 collaborateurs)

Au sein de l’équipe C&B-Reporting:

- Vous formalisez, fluidifiez et accompagnez les process administratifs RH sur CIS France
- Vous êtes le SPOC du CSP RH
- Vous suivez les initiatives sur la professionnalisation RH (RGPD, Audit, respect Blue Book)
- Vous onboardez les nouveaux RRH du périmètre
- Vous animez la communauté des assistantes
- Vous apportez votre expertise et votre valeur ajoutée métier à différents projets et sujets RH transverses

Votre Profil:
Vous cherchez à intégrer une entreprise innovante et en développement, tout en rejoignant une équipe RH dynamique.

Doté d’un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en tant que HR Business Partner, vous disposez:
D'une bonne maitrise d’Excel et d'une Appétence forte pour les outils et les process
D'un bon niveau d'Anglais professionnel
De compétences solides en droit social et procédures disciplinaires
De capacité d’adaptation et d’agilité pour prendre en charge des sujets très variés, dans un environnement complexe.
De leadership, de qualités relationnelles pour conseiller, accompagner, mais aussi de rigueur.
La connaissance des métiers de l'informatique ou des services est souhaitée.
