Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

**Role purpose**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Providing development according to the task management processes communicated by team lead
- Providing technical support in business as usual
- Providing code development in projects
- Execute release and change management according to the procedures
- Developing new and adjusting existing functionality on existing Process control environments
- Ensuring the deployment performed according to the global standards, principles and tools to fit for purpose
- Ensuring the adequate development service delivery in the team he or she is assigned to
- Ensuring the development services are performed by the highest possible quality, in the fastest possible time without producing code bugs
- Performing quality check on his/her own code and for peer developers
- Resource/work estimation
- Deliver technical design documents
- Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
- Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
- Create technical specifications and test plans
- Interact independently and effectively with customers
- Assist in the development of guidelines and/or policies
- Assess functional requirements: Design, review and development of components
- Perform restricted system maintenances on production and non-production environments
- Proper and daily time registration for BAU and project work

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Process control / MES development
- Ability to manage multiply projects, activities, and tasks
- Demonstrated history of Process control / MES development work
- Full lifecycle Process control / MES experience in manufacturing environment with specific understanding of manufacturing processes and operations
- Deep knowledge in C++, C#, Java
- Advanced Oracle DB, SQL
- Knowledge on Power BI, Vue JS
- Experienced in.Net
- College or University (IT /Business Degree or Equivalent)
- Experience in Process control / MES development and business processes
- Oversees major functions and features in Process control / MES
- Strong spoken and written French and English
- Experience with working in remote, multi-culture teams
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities
