Today, we are looking for our **Supplier Quality Manager **M/F to be based in Vénissieux.

**Your missions**:

- Manage the Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) who are under his/her authority (6 collaborators currently)
- Direct report to the Group QEHS Director, in charge of the management of the Supplier Quality portfolio (bill of material, tools and equipements)
- Build, manage and develop a supplier quality management process with its team to ensure expected support to projects for quality and S/R requirements and purchasing for supplier quality performance
- Own complete supplier quality process from innovation,sourcing, development and serial production from A to D-sample for all commodities and tools & equipments
- Interface with suppliers: supplier process and product qualification, quality management system
- Ensure the suppliers development performance during development phase, change management supplier, supplier quality crisis management and related escalation process until SOP
- Responsible for the supplier performance activity during Programs and ensures that Quality targets are reached for each project
- Ensure staff adhere to Product/ Program management system (SSD) and the company standard systems
- Animate the improvement plan of the department
- Provide reporting to the Purchasing Department for all activities of the department and communicates on supplier performance achieved
- Gap to target, PPAP on time, tier2 readiness, project hours management (status & forecast), contribution to cash in/cash out, work packages Program & Product Management System -PDS/ PMS) of SSD process
- Support purchasing department in the sourcing phase with supplier eligibility assessment for new suppliers

**Votre profil : tout ce qu’il faut pour réussir
- You have an engineering degree in mechanical engineering and/or generalist..
- You have at least 5 to 10 years of significant experience as supplier quality manager
- Your organizational skills and your good interpersonal skills are assets to succeed in this position
- You have experiences with AIAG Core Tools, APQP and PPAP process
