This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Pharmacovigilance. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.
**Main responsibilities**:
Provide functional administration of the pharmacovigilance database, including configuration requests, study and product setup, and expedited reporting rules
Support implementation and monitoring of new and existing E2B exchanges with authorities and partners, ensuring timely issue resolution
Contribute to database operational maintenance, managing anomalies and system enhancements
Gather business needs for new Business Objects reports, support report development, and perform validation/verification activities
Collaborate with Global Safety and local teams to ensure smooth database operations and compliance with pharmacovigilance requirements
Contribute to additional pharmacovigilance-related activities as required by management
**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Previous experience in pharmacovigilance database administration or similar safety systems support.
**Skills**: Good understanding of E2B standards, safety data exchange processes, and regulatory requirements in pharmacovigilance. Knowledge of Business Objects or equivalent reporting/BI tools.
**Education**: Master degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
**Languages**: Fluent in French and in English.
