In 2014, SamBoat was born to democratize boating by making it possible to hire boats from individuals and professionals in just a few clicks. Inspired by major successes such as Airbnb and Yescapa, SamBoat is expanding all over the world and needs the best profiles to take part in its growth.

**Job description**:
As a member of our Customer Care team, you'll support our customers throughout their journey with SamBoat.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Meet customer needs;
- Provide tailor-made offers adapted to customers' needs;
- Handle disputes;
- Ensuring the quality of the SamBoat service.
**Profile**:
**The perfect future team member**:
- Native Italian speaker
- Fluent in several languages (including French & English)
- Perseverance and a sense of service
- Good interpersonal and commercial skills
- Comfortable with IT tools
- Bonus: knowledge of the nautical world
