**Job description**:
As the main contact person for Italian SamBoat users, your tasks will be to:
- Meet customer needs
- Proposal of tailor-made offers adapted to customer needs
- Ensure the quality of SamBoat service
**Profile**:
- You are an organized person
- You are a native Italian speaker
- You speak at least fluent French and German, or English and German
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly customer satisfaction oriented
