**Job description**:
As the main contact person for the International SamBoat users, your tasks will be to:
- Meet customer needs
- Proposal of tailor-made offers adapted to customer needs
- Ensure the quality of SamBoat service
**Profile**:
- You are an organized person
- You speak at least 3 languages, including French and English, which must be bilingual
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly customer satisfaction oriented
