Working in our Dynamic Marketing Team, you are responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to drive lead generation across the Netherlands, the Belgian, and the international (starting by Canada) markets. This role includes creating tailored marketing content, managing webinars, events, client and partner programs, and ensuring marketing efforts align with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Marketing Creation**
- Develop and produce tailored marketing content for various markets (articles, promotional materials, powerpoint presentations, white papers ).
- Ensure messaging resonates with the specific needs of local audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver consistent and engaging communications.

**Webinar Management**
- Design and execute webinar programs targeting prospects and/or clients.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to identify engaging topics, secure speakers, and maximize attendance.
- Analyze webinar performance to optimize future sessions.

**Event Planning and Execution**
- Plan, organize, and execute events (internal and third-party) to engage prospects, clients, and partners.
- Customize events to address regional market needs and maximize impact.

**Client Marketing Programs**
- Create and execute campaigns to improve engagement, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Collect and develop client testimonials and case studies to enrich marketing campaigns and support sales efforts.

**Partner Co-Marketing Initiatives**
- Design and coordinate marketing activities with strategic partners, aligned with sales team goals.

**Cross-functional Collaboration and Performance Tracking**

**Work closely with**:

- ** The marketing team** (digital, content, product) to ensure campaign consistency, track performance metrics (KPIs), and manage associated budgets.
- ** The sales team in markets** to support lead generation initiatives and align marketing actions with sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize resources.

**Profil**:
**Required Profile**

**Languages**: _Dutch (native_**_/_**_fluent) and English (native/fluent), French proficiency is a plus._

**Experience**_: At least 3 years of experience in marketing_, ideally in an international or B2B environment.

- Experience in managing webinars and events.
- Ability to collect and leverage client testimonials effectively.
- Strong skills in performance tracking (KPIs) and budget management.
- Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
