Envision Digital is pursuing an aggressive and strategic mission to help the world achieve net zero carbon emissions while sustainably and profitably powering the next generation of global business. As a member of the Envision Digital marketing team, your work will shape the future of not just Envision Digital, but the emerging market for both renewable energy and smart and efficient energy consumption.
We are looking for an experienced B2B leader for Europe to join our team. This leader will partner the business to drive demand management across Europe through running integrated global programs and generating demand through both executive and industry events as well as web and social campaigns.
You will be measured on your effectiveness in building and generating pipeline for the business, working with customers to develop case studies as well as influencing purchase decisions through account-based marketing.
This position reports to Envision Digital’s Vice President, Global Growth Marketing
As a key member of the marketing organization, you will play a central role in Europe’s growth - supporting the business with both new and accelerated pipeline. Our mission is to express, at scale, a compelling vision of energy transition that will drive momentum with global enterprises and governments to adopt the Envision Digital portfolio across all their operations.
You will engage regularly with Europe’s executive team across the GTM(Go-To-Market), Services, Pre-sales functions as well as align with the internal global marketing team to drive key initiatives out to the market. You will lead the strategy as well as manage the execution of the European plan.
**Your Role**:
- Demonstrate understanding of the Europe business, develop and own a strong marketing plan against the business goals to drive demand generation programs into the market
- To build relationships on key platforms and associations across Europe
- Jointly identify key accounts with GTM and develop account based marketing to support the growth of these accounts
- Jointly build, adopt and localize global campaigns to ensure relevance for the region
- Configure and build campaign strategy via Marketo for leads scoring and segmentation
- Constant A/B testing of campaigns
- Develop inside marketing qualification capabilities (inbound and outbound) through sourcing and managing agency
- Represent Europe in quarterly growth marketing reviews
- Leverage data for performance tracking
- Manage budgets for Europe - manage spend and ROI
- Manage campaign spend and effective vendor management to constantly innovate and bring best practice programs out to the market
- Manage customer use cases and maintain updates to customer case studies
**Who You'll Work With**
You will lead a global team of marketing and communications professionals with a focus on supporting the growth of the business in Europe through strong collaboration with GTM, services, pre-sales, product management. You will collaborate closely with global programs and operations to ensure that business objectives are met. You will also engage regularly with customers, partners and association leaders to help extend your knowledge and the impact of our market leadership in the region.

**Who You Are**
- Experienced B2B marketer with strong knowledge of the European region and how customers in the region operate with a focus on France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
- Collaborative and worked in a high-matrix organization with knowledge of how to pull information together so as to bring effective programs out to market
- Enthusiastically embrace the challenge of continuously analyzing, learning and championing a fast-changing portfolio of technology in a dynamic market
- Can navigate between the big picture and execution details with agility.
- Have a track record of successful engagement with executives, customers and partners in high stakes settings
- A trusted partner to teams that depend on you to meet deadlines, deliver content with impact and support shared goals.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across geographic and organizational boundaries.
