**Fluency in English (native or advanced level)** is mandatory for this role. You will engage with international clients, represent Baliston’s innovative solutions, and participate in meetings and trade shows worldwide.

**Your Role**:
As a **Sales Intern**, you will be a key player in helping Baliston expand its reach and build lasting relationships with potential partners. You’ll drive outreach strategies, identify leads, and help convert opportunities into successful collaborations.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Outreach**:

- Identify and qualify new potential clients through research and targeted outreach.
- Develop and execute cold-calling strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- **Sales Strategy & Support**:

- Participate in client meetings and trade shows to promote Baliston’s solutions.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- **Market Research & Reporting**:

- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
- Gather client feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to help refine sales strategies.

**Your Profile**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory**; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Confident, outgoing, and persuasive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and managing your own time effectively.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Interest in technology, healthcare, or sports industries is a plus.
