We are pioneers in carbon removal methodologies, with a strong focus on biochar. We provide advanced tools for lifecycle assessment (LCA), digital MRV (dMRV), and carbon credit registration, aligned with leading international standards , VCM).

To put technology at the service of the environmental transition by building pragmatic, measurable, and results-driven SaaS solutions.
WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY?
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial SDR internship embedded directly in the sales team.
You will work day-to-day with the sales team and the CEO, contributing directly to revenue generation by building and qualifying the international sales pipeline. This role offers immediate exposure to real deals, real prospects, and real commercial decisions.
The internship is designed as a launchpad toward a full-time SDR or Account Executive role.
YOUR MISSIONS
Outbound Lead Generation & Pipeline Creation (100%)
- Reach out to prospects and leads
in the
Carbon Removal sector
via multiple touch points (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) in order to secure qualified meetings with decision-makers
.
- Work hand in hand with the International AE team to increase their sales pipeline, contribute to sales and help build a first class team.
- Explore AI-powered prospecting and enrichment tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI assistants, automation tools, data providers) to generate high-quality leads at scale.
- Account mapping for big enterprises (decision makers, economic buyers, influencers, final users etc.)
- Achieve monthly objectives of creating new Sales Qualified Leads and the total deal value
- Generate new business opportunities from events, marketing channels and other initiatives
- Maintain and update CRM (Hubspot) with accurate lead and pipeline data.
- Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and sequences in close collaboration with the sales team.
IT'S A MATCH
- Final-year internship, VIE, or gap-year profile with a strong interest in B2B SaaS sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Native / bilingual English, French is a plus
- Strong interest in AI tools, automation, and data-driven sales.
- Structured, autonomous, entrepreneurial and persistent, with a clear hunter mindset.
- Loves challenges and has a true performance culture
- Strong interest in sustainability, climate tech, and supply chain transparency.
- First exposure to sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPICED, BANT) is a plus.
