JOB TITLE

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our product manager assistant, you will be supporting the team in developing, implementing, and analysing marketing activity at a global level. A role with a great deal of exposure and insight giving valuable experience to support your on-going business/marketing related studies, through day-to-day admin and the opportunity to be involved in campaigns and product launches.
**Your main focus**:Participate in the launch of new brand products/activations**:

- Brief Preparation & Follow-up (design, communication, merchandizing, IM,)
- Mock up, artwork, packshots Follow-up
- Operational monitoring
- Co-Develop 360° communication guidelines: cross-services

**Market and trend analysis**:

- Advertising and editorial monitoring, news watch
- Analysis of competitor panels

Brand support
- Be a key point of contact on all daily requests from local markets.
- Preparation of markets & fashion house presentations
- Participate in the organization of internal meetings (marketing plan, international convention) and the preparation of Brand Reviews by line.
- Assist the team in day-to-day: logistics, samples, Shipments, etc.

The team consists of 2 product managers, and you will work closely together with several departments such as Digital, merchandising, trade marketing. **Other than that, you are**:

- A Master student in marketing
- Rigorous and hands-on - able to work in full autonomy
- Creative, Confident & curious - always keen on sharing your ideas
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Passionate about the beauty industry (fragrance focus)
- Previous work experience is preferred, however the ability to understand the key elements and an interest of the role is essential.
