Market Data Contracts Negotiator

The AXA IM Market Data team has a transversal role within AXA IM, and is in charge of the Procure to Pay process for AXA IM globally (offices located in Europe, Asia, the US): this covers the analysis of the needs, the identification of providers, the cost negotiation, the set-up of the contracts (legal review in line with AXA IM standards), the management of the invoicing process, the finance controlling and reporting.

The Market Data Team is operating in an international and multi-cultural context, and is in relation with various people (amongst others : AXA IM users, AXA Insurance entities, Providers, Finance teams, etc.)

AXA IM is looking for a Market Data Contracts Negotiator / Market Data Analyst to reinforce its team in a challenging environment.
- Analyzing the needs, proposing solutions/alternatives
- Negotiating with Market Data providers (new contracts, renewals, divestments, etc.) incl. costs and legal terms
- Performing analyses (optimization plans/mergers & acquisitions, etc.)
- Communicating internally on the rights & obligations, to make sure services are used in a compliant manner / manage permissionning
- Assisting the team for the legal review of the contracts (for legal profiles only)
- Participating to the Budget creation and follow-up

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Experience and knowledge required**:

- 3/4 years of experience in a Corporate Lawyer or Market Data Analyst role
- English speaking

- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Rigorous, attention to details, strong engagement at work
- Autonomous, reactive, multitask and well-organized
- Strong analytical skills and synthesis capabilities
