**_ Your profile_**
- You are an energetic, organised and structured individual who enjoys working with technological products.
- You have an engineering degree with a specialism in logistics or production management, and over 12 years’ operational experience in an industrial environment.
- You are pragmatic and operational, and you are perfectly autonomous in your assignments, with a command of professional English.
- You are recognised for your leadership, your ability to get things done and your managerial skills.

**_Your responsibilities_**

As Operations Director, reporting directly to the CEO and a member of the Management Committee, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and improving the Group’s internal processes. Your main tasks will be as follows, in collaboration with your middle managers in the Sales, Production and Logistics, Customer Support and IT departments:
1) Managing outsourced production and the supply chain : supervising the planning and execution of production at subcontractors and ensuring the timely availability of the necessary raw materials and components, manage the “Order to cash” process (from order to receipt of payment), Manage industrial operations with a view to optimising costs and lead times, and ensuring customer satisfaction, optimise margins by challenging suppliers and subcontractors
2) Manage the Customer Service & Support activity, in charge of deploying solutions to customers and providing after-sales service
3) Manage the team responsible for the Group’s technical infrastructure : information systems, technical management of all the Group’s premises

4) Managing cross-departmental projects : working closely with other departments, in particular marketing, sales and R&D, to align operations with the company’s strategic objectives. Oversee the formalisation, updating and distribution of the Group’s quality processes (ISO 9001 certification), and ensure that they are applied. Monitoring performance measurement indicators and group reporting.
