Présente dans 54 pays, employant 35 000 collaborateurs, Chubb offre des assurances de dommages et de responsabilités aux particuliers et aux entreprises, des assurances santé et prévoyance aux particuliers, de la réassurance et des assurances vie à un éventail de clients très diversifié. **Le contexte** Nous recherchons un souscripteur motivé et engagé pour rejoindre l’équipe de Souscription de Paris sur notre portefeuille Middle Market (CA < 500 M€). Notre intention est de poursuivre notre développement en renforçant notre position en tant que Leader sur le marché. **Missions** - Créer une relation de partenariat et de confiance avec les intermédiaires en assurant une présence continue sur le terrain, - Conseiller techniquement les intermédiaires sur l’assurance de Dommages aux Biens et Pertes d’Exploitation, - Analyser, souscrire, argumenter et négocier les affaires dans le cadre de ses autorités de souscription conformément à la politique de souscription de Chubb, - S’approprier et gérer le portefeuille Dommages actuel afin d’en assurer la profitabilité, - Participer aux contrôles Qualité des affaires, - Contribuer au développement de nouveaux produits, ainsi qu’à la mise à jour de la stratégie de souscription, des procédures et des meilleures pratiques sur le segment du Middle Market. **Votre profil** - Expérience confirmée en souscription dommages, y compris en programmes internationaux, en compagnie d’assurance ou en cabinet de courtage, - Capacité à évaluer et gérer des risques, à utiliser les outils de souscription mis à disposition et interpréter les résultats, - Bonne maîtrise des bases du Code des Assurances et connaissance de l’environnement juridique de l’assurance de Dommages au Biens, - Capacités d’innovation et de créativité en fonction des évolutions et besoins du marché, - Capacité à travailler dans des délais courts et à hiérarchiser ses priorités lors des périodes de renouvellement tout en respectant les processus et guidelines Chubb, - Bon niveau d’anglais pour négocier la mise en place de polices locales et remplir les outils dédiés, - Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, - Appréciation d’une relation client dans sa globalité, - Savoir transmettre son savoir et ses connaissances. **Qualités requises** - Adaptation - Esprit d’analyse et de décision - Rigueur - Sens du client - Persuasion - Maîtrise et contrôle de soi
