Adsearch recrute pour une banque étrangère située à Paris dans le 8ème, un **Director Coverage and Finance H/F**. Vous avez de lexpérience en tant que **Relationship Manager** alors ce poste est fait pour vous.
Vos missions:
- Exécution et suivi des transactions pour le compte de grandes entreprises, en
financements particuliers
- Identifier et créer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales ainsi que des visites auprès des clients existants
- Effectuer toutes les procédures et étapes de due diligence concernant le(s) client(s) (quil sagisse de prospects ou de clients existants), notamment la collecte et lanalyse les données et documents fournis par le prospect ou le client de la BFI.
- Établir la première analyse de la documentation KYC pour le client entreprise,
y compris lexamen dintégration et de désintégration conformément à la LBC-FT
méthodologie de la Branche
- Effectuer une analyse approfondie, pour les clients/relations nouveaux et existants, sur sur la base du modèle interne d’évaluation du crédit et définir les limites de notation internes et lignes de crédit.
- Fournir des informations complètes sur les transactions suspectes et signaler
transactions suspectes et/ou problèmes de conformité au responsable de la conformité
- Préparation et participation aux rendez-vous clients
- Structuration et tarification des opérations de prêts
Votre profil:
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, la maîtrise du chinois étant un plus
- Diplôme minimum Bac+5 ou équivalent en Finance
- Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en crédit syndiqué et sur un poste de Relationship Manager
- Flexibilité, humilité, volonté d'apprendre et de s'adapter à un environnement changeant
- Capable de travailler de manière autonome sur une tâche donnée
