We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to lead our finance team in France. As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for establishing fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, and advising management on financial affairs. You will also promote compliance within the organization and in interactions with partners, such as customers and government bodies.

In your new role you will:

- Develop and implement financial plans and policies to achieve business objectives
- Establish fiscal controls and prepare financial reports to ensure transparency and accountability
- Advise management on financial affairs and provide strategic guidance on financial planning and decision-making
- Promote compliance within the organization and in interactions with partners, such as customers and government bodies

**Your Profile**
We are looking for a motivated, team player, and experienced finance professional looking for a new challenge.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:

- A Master's or equivalent in Finance / Business Administration or other relevant areas of study
- At least 5 years of relevant track record in a finance management position
- Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling, managing the local GAAP accounts for the French company
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English.
