**Description**
**You are a passionate and versatile Account Director, capable of managing a diverse portfolio of clients**.
**Role overview**
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the challenge of working on varied projects, and can guide clients both strategically and tactically. You will navigate through different healthcare communication projects while bringing innovative approaches to life. You will:
- Take full ownership of client relationships daily, ensuring their needs are met, and providing guidance on both strategic and tactical levels.
- Oversee and drive diverse projects across different areas (advertising, medical communications, public awareness campaigns, etc.), ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, medical, commercial) and external partners to ensure timely and qualitative delivery and goal alignment.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with senior-level clients, while identifying growth opportunities within accounts.
- Bring strategic vision across various topics, including omnichannel campaign management, the latest trends in digital communications, and opportunities arising from artificial intelligence.
- Play a key role in developing strategic recommendations that combine medical expertise and creativity to offer high-value solutions to clients.
- Actively participate in new business opportunities, presentations and proposals.
- Manage the financial health of accounts, ensuring profitability while maintaining excellence in execution.
**Essential Requirements**
- Proven experience in a healthcare agency or similar environment, with a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and its communication challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of delivery.
- Experience managing international and/or domestic projects, with an ability to adapt to different cultures and ways of working.
- Strong ability to anticipate and understand client needs, transforming them into actionable and impactful solutions.
- Languages: French and English
