Nous rechercons pour notre client un Customer Success Manager H/F.
Vos missions:
- Contact avec les nouveaux clients et les clients actuels pour le suivi
- Assurez le suivi client dans toutes les étapes nécessaires
- Coordiner les différentes équipes techniques
- Analyser et suivre les statistiques des clients pour s'assurer de la qualité du service proposé
- Reporting d’activité régulier
**Profil recherché**:
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation Bac+2/Bac+5
- Vous avez une première expérience dans un service commercial ou marketing en B2B
- Autonome, bonnes capacités d'analyse, excellent sens du relationnel et vous
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (courant)
- Maîtrise du Pack Office est indispensable
- Certains déplacements professionnels dans les salons à l'international seront à prévoir

Salaire : 30 000,00€ à 32 000,00€ par an
