**Managing Director**:

- (Frankrijk - Bordeaux)_
- Functie_
- **Realiseren van de verdere groei (B2B/B2C) van de businessunit in Frankrijk.**:

- **Coördinatie verkoop en productontwikkeling **om de groei te verzekeren.
- **Opvolgen noden van de markt** door een continue marktanalyse.
- **Nemen van initiatieven** om de resultaten te vergroten & verbeteren.
- Focussen op nieuwe markten, producten, diensten en distributiekanalen.
- Behouden en verstevigen van de **rentabiliteit van de divisie is een topprioriteit.**:

- **Correcte beslissingen nemen **om visibiliteit van de producten te optimaliseren.
- **Deelnemen aan internationale tenders** en onderhouden relaties met stakeholders.
- Als CEO rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de RvB in België.
- Profiel_
- Hogere opleiding op Masterniveau en **ervaring op C-level.**:

- Relevante ervaring inzake het **aansturen van een businessunit.**:

- **Uitgesproken entrepeneur**, zowel op operationeel als strategisch vlak.
- **Inspirerend peoplemanager** met een resultaatgerichte visie.
- Sterk analytisch vermogen, met een **focus op efficiëntie en optimalisatie.**:

- Bereid om regelmatig te reizen en schakelfiguur op de site in Frankrijk.
- Uitstekende talenkennis (N/F) is vereist.
