**Votre quotidien**
We are hiring our new Key Account Director for two hotels : InterContinental Lyon and Marseille. As a new member of our team you will be in charge with the Directors of Sales to contract the hotels with the high end leisure distribution networks (FHR, Virtuoso, Signature, )
You will drive and will develop new and existing business to exceed the sales goals in line with the Hotels integrated business plan objectives.
You will liaise with key FITs and wholesalers to develop new accounts and ensure high repeat guest ratios.
We are looking for a team player who will contribute to a professional and balanced working environment.
You will work between the two cities.
Some of your missions will be:
**FINANCIAL RETURNS**:
- Achieving budgeted revenues and personal sales goals and maximize profitability. Participating in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the hotel marketing and business plan, and financial plans.
- Creating and implementing sales actions on your leisure segment that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume.
- Producing monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends.
**GUEST EXPERIENCE**:
- Providing guests with information (example: loyalty programs, area attractions, restaurants, facility information) to enhance guest experience.
- Developping and will maintaining relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to increase room and food & beverage sales.
**Ce que nous attendons de vous**
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification specialized in Hotel industry or tourism is a must.
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar hotel sales position is requested.
Strong knowledge on the leisure segment mandatory and contacts in High End networks is a must.
Must speak French, English and a third language preferred.
