This is an excellent opportunity for a sharp, eager Senior Consultant interested in jumping on board with one of the fastest-growing companies in the Big Data space, working alongside a team of highly qualified advisors that form the Strategic Advisory Group at Splunk. This role has high executive visibility and an opportunity for growth within the organisation. Buckle up and come along for the ride—we won't forget to have fun along the way.

**Responsibilities**:I** **want** **to** **and** **can** **do** **that**
- Build sales opportunities by directly engaging and collaborating with customers, prospects, and sales teams to build CFO-ready cases or document value realised by demonstrating the Splunk solution(s)
- Support Enablement functions by guiding the tenets of Value Selling during onboarding and training of field Sales, Engineers, and Customer Success teams
- Help to craft the way customers and prospects are thinking about their transformation journeys and Splunk by proven adoption and maturity frameworks.
- Lead a high demand and efficiently and effectively, utilising established tools and methods to help scale responses.
- Become an important part of Support the Strategic Advisory Group and support in the execution of immersive engagements, research, workshop facilitation and collateral creation.
- Conduct market, trend, and company research to support insight and direction.
- Develop new methods and/or improve value-selling based on customer and field feedback.
- Drive and build innovation in developing and adopting Value Acceleration tools, resources, and methodologies to facilitate further embracement and success in value selling.
- Regularly provide value selling experience to crucial partners in product management, marketing, engineering, and senior leadership.

**Requirements**:I’ve** **already** **done** **that** **or** **have** **that**
- Proficient in French and English - further language skills in Spanish or Italian advantageous but not required
- Experience in business consulting, sales consulting, with exposure to senior management
- Solid business case creation skills with an affinity for quantitative analysis
- Customer-centric attitude
- Experienced in selling in a consultative way
- Strong communication and presentation skills at a professional level.
- Customer success-focused, quality-focused
- Self-starter and developer able to work with ambiguity
- Positive team member and collaborator with a good learning acuity
- Prior experience in an enterprise software sales firm is a plus but not a requirement.
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or computer science.

Some travel outside France required for the role.
