An industry leader for over 20 years, we provide psychics services that are oriented as astrology, tarots to individuals from all over the world. The customer service team is in charge of new customer registration, processing payments and managing appointments for existing customers.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent English
- Strong customer service skills
- Sales orientation
- Basic computer skills/database management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Team Player

Customer service responsibilities:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicating with customers over the phone
- Assisting the manager with daily tasks
- Updating records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Knowledge of our products
- Processing customer requests and complaints
- Managing appointments

**Benefits**:
