Payments Project Manager

For our client we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic project manager to join their team.

What your day will look like:
**Assessing and solutioning**:
Responsible for the provision of entire & accurate

Project inputs on the scope of Payment for the company to build its project &

support its approval.

Work closely with Area Payment Experts and Product teams to understand

country (Payment & Business) needs & assess and define the appropriate

payment ecosystem to fulfil these needs.

For each new project from a country, define feasibility and scope of

projects with relevant asset owners in the Payment Competence Centre

(Legal & Compliance as well as Payment Platform team)

Build and provide required project scoping & sizing (time-effort-cost)

documentation enabling all stakeholders to take decision on project

implementation.

**Implementing Payment projects**:Responsible for the delivery of the project on

time & within budget, managing escalations whenever needed.

Define the organisation and the governance of the project considering the role

of Payment Competence Centre and Global teams.

Engage the transversal team in development, testing and delivery.

End-to-end project management including planning, budget, coordination of

internal and external Payment partners (processor, issuer,), and status

updates.

Set up, coordinate and provide day to day support to all project work streams:
technology & operations, affiliation, sales & marketing, communication, legal &

compliance, financial

Contributing to transversal tools and documentation production:
Contribute to knowledge sharing platform by making suggestions on training,

techno watch, Payment tool kits delivered to the payment community.

Contribute to documentation & standardisation of ‘features & services’.

**Travelling internationally** to visit subsidiaries and business partners where relevant.

**Requirements**:
We need people who combine proven talent of working with numbers with the ability to

compel the wider company to define and follow policies and procedures. You should be able

to work autonomously, challenge constructively and in general be a good communicator.

As a member of the finance team you should contribute to our mission to “Deliver on

our financial commitments and help drive business performance”.

You’ll be:
An experienced Payments professional with successful track-record of delivering

cross-functional, international projects.

Knowledgeable in the prepaid & payments value chain (Scheme, processing, card

bureau, client, cardholder, issuer, etc.), including mobile payments.

Well versed in your understanding of different stakeholder journeys (Client,

Cardholder, Merchant).

A skilled and experienced project manager.

Strong at organisational skills, with an eye for detail.

Able to work with many partners (internal + external), including remotely (via web

conference).

Able to listen well and communicate articulately both in writing and verbally.

Proactive and able to challenge or intelligently question processes and decisions.

Fluent in English (French and another language would be a plus).
