RaySearch is looking for two new IT Specialists to join our French team as part of our growth and expansion. The role will involve supporting our continued development in France, Switzerland, the Maghreb region, and the rest of Europe.

**About the job**:
As part of the dynamic RaySearch France Service team, you will be responsible for installing RaySearch software and providing IT support to our clients, primarily in France, the Maghreb, and Switzerland but also in the rest of Europe. You will benefit from an international work environment, collaborating closely with support teams across Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific.

**Your Main Tasks Will Be**:

- Plan and organize the implementation of RaySearch solutions at our clients’ sites.
- Install RaySearch softwares in our clients' environments.
- Provide professional assistance and high-level support to our clients.
- Train clients in the maintenance of our products in the IT domain.
- Actively contribute to the Service team to ensure that clients' expectations are exceeded.
- Support Marketing and Sales activities during conferences.
- Actively participate in various projects for RaySearch.

The role includes traveling to clients, primarily in France, the Maghreb countries, and Switzerland, but also in the rest of Europe.

This position is based in France, and you will work from home.

**Your profile**:
You have successfully completed higher education in IT, with at least two years of post-secondary studies. You possess a service-oriented mindset and are known for being positive and social. In addition, you are comfortable taking initiative and working both proactively and independently.

We are looking to hire two individuals for this position: one with at least three years of experience and another who is more senior.

**You possess skills and experience in the following areas**:

- MS SQL 2019 (or higher) databases: installation, configuration, and support.
- Windows 11 and Windows Server 2019 (or higher): installation, configuration, and support.
- Microsoft Remote Desktop Service: installation, configuration, and support.
- Basic knowledge of networking and Microsoft infrastructure: Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP.
- Basic knowledge of SAN and NAS.
- You are a native French speaker.
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.

**Your Assets**:

- You have experience in the medical field and are familiar with Dicom and/or HL7 protocols.
- You have knowledge of support and installation of Citrix XenApp 7.xx and/or VMWare Horizon solutions.
- You possess additional language skills (preferably European languages and Arabic).
- You have previous work experience in international environments.
