The Business Transformation PMO works within the Digital Agency & Customer Engagement and Business Transformation department.
Under the responsibility of the head of the department, you will contribute to the organization and management of the transformation projects of the different entities.
You will contribute to standardize project management practices within the business organization (define standard governance, methodology and templates)
You will be in charge of the project portfolio management, notably but not limited to gathering advancement status and ensuring the appropriate governance of each project.
You will ensure that projects are executed within the defined timeframe, resources, and budget
You will contribute to identify dependencies between projects (planning, resources, etc.)
You will ensure appropriate risk management (identification, analysis, mapping) and support mitigation plan
You will ensure the global coherence of the activities and the good communication between the teams and to the CEO Control Tower to guarantee the performance of the department
You will prepare the weekly reporting on the project portfolio, produce Top Management reporting and executive committee supports
In addition, you will also take the lead on ad hoc projects or studies according to the needs of the department on missions related to the activity of the department
You will participate in this context in the management of the project from the study to the actual implementation
You contribute to defining business case & ROI exercises
To do this, you will have to work in a multi-focal environment, both externally (customers, external service providers) and internally (Agents, Headquarters Department, CMA CGM IT, Regional eCommerce Office...)
**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master Degree
Minimum 5 years experience as PMO on transformation or digital projects
or 5 years experience in Shipping Industry
Very good capacity of piloting and advising in management of complex projects
Quality of communication, analysis and synthesis
Ability to work in a team and in a multicultural and multi-project context
Agility, flexibility, resilience
Organizational skills, ability to make proposals and meet deadlines
Very good level of written and spoken English
