**Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Managing the switchboard and handling telephone calls
- Receiving and processing packages and deliveries
- Data entry and database upkeep
**Profile & Conditions**:
- Fluency in English (essential); other languages such as Italian or Spanish are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Energetic and motivated, with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-developing agency
- Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Friday: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Location**:
- Based near Monaco (Beausoleil, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, etc.) - proximity is valued
**Ideal Profile**:
- Young, enthusiastic, and ready to commit to the company’s growth and development
Pay: 1,732.50€ - 2,000.00€ per month
