As an Associate Accountant, you are dedicated to a number of client relationships. In our A&T department, you support the Senior Accountant with financial and administrative matters, and you have a delegated responsibility and challenge for keeping the client files in financial and legal good standing, as a part of a professional team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accounting maintenance and/or revision of intermediate complexity topics
- Monitoring of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, lettering, payroll, entries
- Ensuring the completeness and consistency of accounting information received
- Managing the updates of the clients’ working files - with different levels of autonomy depending on files’ complexity (under supervision)
- Preparation of tax returns in autonomy
- Monthly and annual closing transactions; preparation of annual financial statements and of tax packages
- Setting up monthly and quarterly reports with different levels of autonomy depending on files’ complexity (under supervision)
- Supervision of more junior accountants: act as a point of reference and expertise
- Contacting the client on an operational level, on areas defined by the file’s owner
- Working in compliance with all company procedures and related standards of work
- Communicating and anticipating to ensure fluidity and compliance of the workflow according to calendars, escalating when needed
- Participating in internal projects (tool change, training )
- Any other tasks assigned by the supervision

**About you**
- Professional knowledge of English (B1 level minimum);
- At least 1- or 2-years’ experience in outsourcing firms or multinational;
- Proficiency in Office Pack - especially Excel
- Knowledge of at least one accounting software: SAGE, CEGID Loop, Yooz or equivalent, Netsuite, or SAP is a plus, Enate Suit, ORACLE, Blackline, Workday, Yardi Voyager.
