Descriptif du poste Nous recherchons ** un(e)** **Leader Innovation safety Groupe** pour renforcer **l'équipe R&D Corporate Safety** **Vos challenges**: - Mener des études de faisabilité safety sur des projets innovants (Safety open source par exemple) - Piloter des projets de benchmarking technologique sur le périmètre sécuritaire - Piloter des projets d'Innovations liés aux pratiques et processus (STPA, MBSA etc ) - Accompagner la standardisation de l'ingénierie de la sécurité des produits en proposant de nouveaux standards - Etre support à la numérisation de la R&D et la validation du système concernant les nouvelles technologies d'outillage et les POC - Effectuer une veille technologique de l'ingénierie de la sécurité des produits - Parlons de vous Profil recherché **Parlons de vous...** De formation Bac+5, diplômé(e) d'une école d'Ingénieur école d'ingénieur ou d'une université (niveau Bac+5) spécialisée en software, vous avez plus de **15 ans d'expérience dans des activités de safety software dans le domaine de l'industrie.** Vous connaissez et maitrisez **la norme ISO26262**, et /ou d'autres normes de sécurité fonctionnelle. Vous êtes à l'aise pour communiquer, rigoureux(se) et faites preuve de leadership et d'esprit de synthèse. Les projets dans un contexte international nécessitent un niveau d'anglais courant. Vous êtes curieux(se), passionné(e) de technique et autonome.
