**Description** Nous sommes HITACHI ASTEMO France, spécialisée dans le domaine du développement et production des systèmes de freinage innovants pour l’industrie automobile mondiale, nous recherchons actuellement un ingénieur d’essai véhicule pour notre division Brake Business Unit. Basé au centre d’essais de Mortefontaine (60128), au sein d’une équipe dynamique, motivée et expérimentée, l’ingénieur Système Embarqué aura la charge de développer de nouveaux systèmes d’acquisition et d’améliorer nos moyens existant pour l’évaluation de nos systèmes de freinage afin de s’adapter à l’évolution toujours croissante du secteur automobile. **Les missions**: - Planifier les essais avec l’ingénieur projet - Créer ou mettre à jour les procédures d’essais - Créer ou mettre à jour des rapports template (VBA) - Manutention du système de freinage (remplacement des freins, disques, porte-fusée,) - Instrumenter le véhicule avec des capteurs (pressions, force, température, décélération, CAN véhicule,) - Mise en place d’un système d’acquisition (ajuster les gains et offset) - Réaliser les essais sur piste ou route ouverte suivant des procédures d’essais - Analyser les données (excel, logiciel d’analyse fréquentielle,) - Synthétiser et faire son rapport au demandeur de l’essai (Sous excel, en anglais) - Remise en état d’origine du véhicule et stocker les pièces d’essais - Implémenter des fonctions, scripts et IHM pour la réalisation d'essais - Déplacements à l'étranger possible **Formations requises**: - BAC+5 en mécanique automobile - Conduite A130 - Habilitation électrique B1L, B2L, BCL, BRL, BEL **Compétences**: - Permis : B (> 3 ans) - Langue : Français, Anglais - Logiciel : MS Office (Excel, VBA, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook,), Vector CANape, Artemis (Option) - Connaissances indispensables: - Mécanique automobile - Electronique (Option) - Architecture automobile (bus CAN, Flexray, ) Pour réaliser ces missions, HITACHI ASTEMO recherche une personne rigoureuse, organisée, volontaire et passionnée par l’électronique et l’automobile.
