**What does the job consist?**:
Soitec business is growing across all regions and major European customers are also increasing SOI, POI and other advanced substrates volume production across several fabs particularly in Germany, the Netherlands or France.
That’s why we decided to create a new position of Junior Sales Engineer. So if dealing with customers in a daily basis could inspire youthis job is probably for you
Several European customers will be to cover. Following the strategy defined by the regional head, you will be the key interface for the customer. In addition of quotation, introduction of new product or management of supply or quality issue, you will work closely with the Field Application Engineer and the head quarter to manage purchase order, communicate reliable information about lead time, capacity and product feasibility and manage technical issues.
Ensure smooth execution of sales activity is key but develop intimacy and trust with customer contacts is also critical to build a real partnership in a long term Bring valuable information in order to evaluate and develop business opportunities with current and new customers is part of the role. Knowing your customer, being curious about their business will be mandatory.
As a member of the Sales Team, you will participate to weekly and monthly reporting. The KPI and information you’ll share, will help the team to define the overall strategy.
As you can see, you will have to manage both short term concerns for our customers but also listen their needs in order to transform a negotiation in a strong and long term partnership where every partner is convinced with the technological and economical value

**Requirements & qualifications**:
You have obtained at least a Master’s degree from Business or Engineer school and gained a minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor industry ideally with customer experience
Your technical skills allow you to understand the semiconductor challenges and global ecosystems.
Fluent in English and ideally German speaker, you are used to working with different cultures. You are motivated by challenges and commercial stakes. Your leadership, your sense of commitment and your strong communication skills will allow you to manage your external and internal partners.
The position is located in Bernin but requires flexibility for frequent travel within the Region (when time will allow )
