Cdi - Collaborative Projects Developer W/m

Established in 2014, SuperGrid Institute is an independent private company with over 150 employees of 21 different nationalities. The institute is a key player for energy transition in France and throughout Europe, specialising in innovative high and medium voltage direct current (HVDC and MVDC) power systems. SuperGrid Institute also develops new technologies for the integration of renewable energies into the electricity networks of the future.

**General Context**

SuperGrid Institute has become a key innovation actor in its field on a European scale. It develops and offers its clients innovative technologies and unique consulting, study and testing services, with the aim of designing and building the high and medium voltage electricity networks of tomorrow. In addition to the revenues generated by its commercial activity, SuperGrid Institute develops structuring partnerships with industrial and academic players and participates actively and successfully, at national and European level, in research and innovation programmes such as the European Horizon Europe programme.

In this context, SuperGrid Institute is looking for a Collaborative Projects Developer. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating, with the Institute's research programmes and ad hoc partners, the preparation of proposals for participation in collaborative research and innovation programmes.

**Objectives / Missions**

Axis 1: Identification of opportunities, setting up of collaborative projects and support for feedback
- Seek funding for national and international collaborative projects (e.g. identify donors and funding instruments)
- Leading and/or participating in close collaboration with the technical teams in the construction of responses to calls for proposals
- Interact with the Collaborative Projects Manager and the Programme Managers to define the planned use of internal resources and associated budgets to carry out the projects
- Interact with consortia members to complete the project set-up.
- Participate in the capitalisation of internal feedback on collaborative projects and propose areas for improvement (e.g. in terms of organisation, resource management, quality of deliverables, budget forecasts)

Axis 2: Participation in the creation of opportunities at national and international level
- Contribute to various working/influence groups to co-define upstream calls for projects in line with the Institute's themes and strategy
- Participate in the identification of upstream or ongoing calls for projects
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of a network of contacts within collaborative projects

**Profile**

You have a Master's degree or an engineering school diploma, preferably in the field of Electrical Systems. You have a first experience in a similar position of at least 5 years and have knowledge of the financing methods of collaborative projects.

Key skills:

- Very good oral and writing skills, in French and English
- Ability to master, to a certain technical depth, the themes of the Institute
- Ability to motivate and obtain the support of the Institute's teams to build offers and carry out the selected projects
- Ability to structure and manage collaborative R&D projects
- Ability to influence/lobby/enhance and maintain a network of contacts
