**Requirements**:
Joining the marketing team, you will be at the crossroads of the Sales, Trading, Quantitative, Product and Tech teams.

You will focus on the product marketing of our crypto services including Market-Making, Brokerage & OTC, Custody and treasury.

Your mission is to define the storytelling of these services and create relevant marketing materials to generate interest to our target clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Define value proposition**: Closely collaborate with the Sales, Product and Data teams to define the value proposition of each service and new features
- **Lead the product marketing strategy**: Plan the production of assets that generate interest and conversion at each stage of the funnel
- **Own the production of marketing materials** including sales deck, case studies, success stories, tutorials. You are hands-on the writing but are also able to delegate to external partners
- **Collaborate with external agencies** like design agencies to execute your strategy
- **Own the go to market strategy of new features**: Stay up to date with the new features developed by our product, tech and quantitative teams. Update marketing materials, equip the sales team and define the communications to our clients to drive engagement.

**Skills and personality**
- Natural talent for copywriting and excellent writing skills in English
- Strategic thinking, organisational and teamwork skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts and technologies

**Background and experience**
- 4+ years experience in a high-growth B2B Saas or Fintech company at a similar position
- Track record of product related content production
- A background in Crypto, traditional finance or fintech is a big plus
