INSEAD is seeking a Programme Manager, IEC to join our Executive Education department. This is a full-time, temporary contract position based our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau. A hybrid working model is in place - 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

**About the job**

The job holder is responsible and accountable for all operational and administrative aspects involved in preparing, delivering and follow-up of coaching interventions and leadership journeys both on and off campus for departments within the School (MBA/EDP/EMBA/EMC) as well as with external clients in France, Asia, Middle East and the Americas.

**Your role within the team**
- Participant-facing programme & event management for PLDP for both MBA classes on and off-campus before, during and after the MBA programme. Ensure smooth scheduling, preparation and delivery of classroom sessions / webinars / offsite PLDP activities and coaching during the programme
- Focal point for all liaison, communication and questions with internal and external stakeholders, before, during and after the programme: PD, teaching faculty, lead coach, 30+ coaches, 500+ participants, DP Resource Planning, Finance, Procurement, FP&A, Legal, Campus Services, external providers etc
- Preparation of course materials for participants and coaching materials for coaches. Manage all course content, announcements and reminders on Canvas (LMS) and create, distribute & analyse feedback reports
- Custodian of PLDP budget and expense management
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a demanding customer service role, such as hospitality, or experience with handling corporate clients.
- Strive to understand and deliver exceptional services to meet the needs of clients. Passionate about providing exceptional service and finding solutions that make a difference for our clients.
- Consistently deliver high-quality work and demonstrate reliability in performing day-to-day responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and is comfortable to drive conversations in professional group setting.
- IT savvy, experience in using virtual meeting tools e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc and able to quickly pick up the use of new systems.
- Excellent command of computer tools such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Good experience in interpersonal relations.
- Meticulous, able to multitask and prioritize the most urgent of tasks.
- Able to work independently in a functional role, and actively cooperate with all internal and external stakeholders.
