**Within the IT team MCR - Risk Monitoring & Repositories, you join a group composed of several experts dedicated to risk management.**
**In this team, we mainly work on the implementation of the strategic project EXPO NEXT, which aims to**:
- Meet regulatory commitments;
- Implement an industrialized EOD tracking chain in order to minimize operational risk by decommissioning the current solution, Risk Mandate.
**On a daily basis, your missions are to**:
- Collaborate with management to define priorities and allocate resources effectively in the context of strategic planning and execution;
- Establish program governance, including risk management, reporting, and performance indicators;
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations. - Manage the budget allocated to the programme;
- Establish key performance indicators (KPI) to measure the success of IT programmes and projects, with regular reviews and evaluations to ensure the achievement of the programme’s objectives, making adjustments if necessary.

The position is based in Paris and with us it’s 10 teleworking days per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, on-site services such as catering, the gym or corporate concierge. Our remunerations are composed of a fixed, an annual bonus, and a corporate savings scheme including profit-sharing, participation and matching.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

With a higher education, you have at least 8 years of experience in project manager or IT project management positions in the Finance environment.
You master:
- Agile (Scrum) and Agile at scale (SaFe) methodologies, as well as a PMP or Prince 2 methodology type;
- The principles of budget management;
- The fundamentals of market finance and market risks.
You are:
- Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Recognized for your very good listening and communication skills, both in writing and orally;
- Rigorous in your approach.
You master English with a C1 level.
