**Role Description**: As our Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce instance to support our sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You will ensure the platform is properly configured, maintained, and aligned with business processes to drive efficiency and data-driven decision making. **Key Responsibilities**: - Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment - Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, role hierarchies, security controls, and data validation - Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules - Develop and optimize workflows, process builders, and flows to automate business processes - Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for various stakeholders - Manage data quality through regular audits, duplicate management, and data cleansing initiatives - Coordinate integration of Salesforce with other platforms (Hubspot, n8n, BigQuery, Metabase) - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and proper usage - Document system configurations, processes, and policies - Stay current on Salesforce releases and evaluate new features for potential implementation - Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues - Fluent in English **Required Qualifications**: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator - Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) - Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration best practices - Experience with: - User management and security profiles/permission sets - Custom objects, fields, and relationships - Page layouts, Lightning Pages and record types - Flow development - Report and dashboard creation - Data import/export tools and data management - Validation rules and formula fields - Experience with data migration and integration tools - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and documentation abilities - Fluent in English; French language skills highly valued **Preferred Qualifications**: - Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.) - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience - Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce - Experience with other CRM systems (Hubspot) - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Metabase) - Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n) - Experience in a SaaS or technology startup environment **Recruitment process**: - First introductory call - Second call with our external RevOps - Technical test - Restitution of the technical test **What We Offer**: - Competitive salary and benefits package - "Alan green" complementary health insurance since day one in the company - A Swile card for your meal vouchers (€9.20/day) - Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing startup - Collaborative and innovative work environment - Professional development opportunities - Flexible working arrangements - Dedicated budget for AI tool experimentation and innovation - And above all, an office in the heart of Paris, opposite the Centre Pompidou
