Strategic Account Manager for Heavy and Bulky selection on Amazon Marketplace

We are looking for talents to join the Marketplace Heavy Bulky team to make Amazon the preferred Heavy Bulky platform for our Customers and Sellers. We constantly innovate to deliver best-in-class Heavy Bulky experience including premium services Scheduled Delivery, Room of Choice, and additional services like installation, unpacking, recycling, etc. to our customers that buy products such as fridges, sofas, large screen TVs, furniture etc.
We are looking for an analytical, results and customer oriented Strategic Account Manager Marketplace for Heavy and Bulky Sellers to lead the development of the Heavy and Bulky program in France, and through a key strategic European project, the development of universal delivery services for Heavy and Bulky selection. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will manage the relationships with the most important sellers and participate in projects to help them increase selection, traffic and revenue growth. You will lead projects to improve the Seller experience on the European marketplaces. Finally, you will coordinate Account Managers effort working on the development of the program.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Leading the development of the EU universal delivery services program.
- Identifying growth opportunities for strategic Heavy and Bulky sellers
- Driving projects/initiatives to enable the growth of the entire Amazon Marketplace by deploying the identified growth opportunities through the relationship with strategic sellers.
- Making recommendations to improve the experience of strategic Heavy and Bulky sellers, and supporting related projects.
- Running the Marketplace annual and quarterly planning as well as weekly and quarterly reporting
- Coordinate Heavy and Bulky Account Managers effort to drive Seller adoption of the Heavy Bulky product suite.
You will need to be able to recommend creative solutions in a constantly evolving environment, be the voice of customers and sellers. You are passionate about Amazon's categories and creating a leading online shopping experience for customers.
