Main activities to be handled Reception of the debit note by mail Dispute the price discrepancy by following below steps: - Select all rows with prices discrepancies - Enter a description to dispute - Insert documentation CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT Main activities to be handled Order process & validation Check of portfolio/delays Shipments release and deliveries follow up Handling of claims Handling of customers requests of any kind Credit notes issuing **Description du profil**: Profil: Bac +2 minimum avec une expérience réussis de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire dans le service client. Profil : assistant service commercial (service client). - English (Fluent) - Excel Skill Axé service, très organisé et bon dynamiqme et capacité d'adaptation.
