**Job Description**:
The **Head of CoE Procurement** is accountable for leading the Center of Excellence in order to improve procurement best practices across an organization. He/She will be responsible for capability expertise, data governance, analytics, risk management, supplier compliance and procurement excellence. He/She leads the Source-to-Contract processes and must ensure that the process runs seamlessly at all times. Responsible for disseminating knowledge in the form of best practices, looking for opportunities to promote collaboration across category teams and clear processes, methodologies, and models. Focus on enabling innovation and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain analytics, metrics and mechanisms to monitor and measure performance and success. Provide targeted management support on key strategic initiatives. Lead the regional heads for sourcing and contract.

During the first months (around 18 months) you will be **leading the digitalization stream for the Procurement evolution program**, building up the digital procurement organization. This role will lead the data analytics and digital track, delivering the following: Design of the new operating model, including processes and tech stack. Design the global digital organization for Procurement, including jobs, capabilities, and roadmap. Define the business case for the data and digital transformation. Responsible for leading the technology to get deep insights into all spend. Research and define the best options for tools and platform for project mgt, value tracking, risk management, supplier management.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Develop the sourcing execution and contract management strategy
- Lead and manage Analytics: Spend, contract, compliance, value tracking & reporting, cost modeling and category specifics
- Provide data and analytics to build the category strategy, sourcing strategy and Supplier Segmentation Model
- Give recommendations related to supplier selection. Serve as the escalation point for the sourcing execution manager as well as the contract lifecycle manager
- Preaches process compliance in the process execution
- Data governance (hierarchy, connect with IT,)
- Risk management: Oversees risk control, consortium buying, supplier compliance management
- Lead procurement excellence: capability definition, knowledge management, training, process mgt, organization mgt
- Oversees and counsels on process redesign or on more significant process transformation
- Provides benchmark and best practices to teams and turns them into procurement and suppliers efficiency opportunities
