We are looking for a **Senior Ethics & Compliance Manager**to come onboard in our **General Secretary**Directorate**in **Benoit**’s team : a team of **5**collaborators
**_Your Mission _**
- Develop or propose revisions to ATR’s Ethics & Compliance (E&C) policies to address (i) recommendations made by regulators / monitors or internal ATR stakeholders and (ii) newly identified risk areas or changes in the regulatory environment (e.g., Sapin 2)
- Monitor new legislations, guidance and drive initiatives to maintain the competence of all E&C professionals within ATR
- Advise employees on E&C queries raised through various channels; support management of approvals for Gifts & Hospitality and Sponsorships & Donations requests and manage Conflict of Interests declarations and follow-up
- Conduct periodic on-site or remote visits, propose compliance remediation actions to close any gaps and perform regular monitoring to ensure implementation of the remediation actions
- Develop E&C annual training programme (digital and in-person)
- Deliver training to ATR exposed employees on E&C matters, including but not limited to Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Competitive Intelligence topics
- Manage Speak-Up channels and conduct internal E&C investigation according to applicable ATR procedure
- Lead E&C annual communication plan preparation
- Lead Know your Customer and Know your Supplier activities in close coordination with Procurement, Sales and Services departments
- Contribute to the development and activities of the ATR E&C Focal points network through content-based presentation, animation and community management initiatives
- Develop and deploy Second Level Controls adapted to ATR’s business model
- Represent ATR in cross industry working groups (e.g. GIFAS)
- Contribute to the enhancement of the ATR Ethics & Compliance Programme digitalisation
- Contribute to regular reporting to ATR Ethics, Compliance and Sustainability Committee
- Share knowledge, know-how and experience and support junior members of the team
**_About you _**
- Field of study: law, management, administration (or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in a legal or compliance position
- Technical skills / knowledge: Anti Corruption laws, Ethics & Compliance Programme administration and management, conducting investigations
- Soft skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills,
- Excellent writing skills required to write and edit reports and recommendations,
- Strong relationship building, networking, interpersonal and communication skills,
- Interests for data analytics and process digitalization projects
- Team Player
- High degree of integrity, discretion and trust
- Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)
