We are looking for a **REPAIR SERVICES BUYER**to come onboard in our **Aftermarket Procurement**Directorate**in **Michael**’s team : a team of **five**collaborators

Within the procurement department and under responsibility of the Head of Aftermarket Procurement, mission of the job holder is to negotiate and implement contracts for repair services of equipment installed on ATR aircraft, at the best conditions for ATR and its customers.

**_Your Mission _**

You will be responsible for the management of all aspects of a Procurement Buyer role in a maintenance environment. You will negotiate repair conditions, contracts them and follow the service for ATR Global Maintenance Agreement (GMA).

Main activities:

- Launch and follow up Requests for Proposals and Requests for Quotations with suppliers until contractualization.
- Manage and implement purchase contract:

- Negotiate, draft, amend contract.
- Support operation and resolve disputes with suppliers
- Enforce existing contractual provisions : Price, TAT, penalties, etc
- Control the performance of Supplier’s obligation - Quality, costs, lead time,- through contract reviews and/or supplier review meetings with operational teams.
- Lead negotiation with Supplier either with competitive or gré-à-gré approach
- Manage the alignment across the different company functions for purchased services
- Manage / be part of transversal projects
- Benchmark and keep knowledge of the market for the commodity
- Represent ATR when necessary : visit at supplier’s facilities, events, working groups

**_About you _**
- Capability to write contractual documents (legal background is preferable) Good knowledge of supply chain and purchasing processes
- Good knowledge of aircraft systems and aircraft maintenance
- Negotiation skills (in English and in French)
- Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP (POWER BI might be a plus)
- Good communication, (written / spoken in English)
- Capability to work in team and to coordinate work with other teams
