Are you passionate about making a tangible impact and eager to dive into the dynamic world of key account management? Join us as a Key Account Management Intern and become an integral part of our dedicated team This is not your typical internship - you'll have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and dive into real-world responsibilities from day one.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key account management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the Software industry.
As a Key Account Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our existing Key Account Manager. This is a hands-on opportunity where you'll primarily focus on training operational teams within client groups, spending up to 70% of your time on training responsibilities. Your main objective will be to empower our clients by showing them how to utilize our cutting-edge software and tools effectively.
- The internship is expected to be 6 months long, starting in the summer and finishing in October.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Background in business or engineering, preferably in their final year of studies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves interactions with customers, directors, and managers.
- Technical skills and an interest in using software/tools are preferred, as the role supports operational tasks.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or working with large accounts is considered a plus.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in marketing, negotiation, and commercial environments is ideal.
