**Job description**
**The Role**
Sinclair are currently recruiting for Key Account Manager at their France office. The Key Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to coordinate Sinclair’s relationships with the key accounts in its designated area (i.e. KOLs; multisite chain; large Hospital). An account is likely to be a customer/payer that has the potential to purchase across the Sinclair portfolio product range (Current fillers and threads) and be among some of Sinclair’s largest customers in our market in the designated area in France. The Key Account Manager will take a lead in defining and implementing the best strategy to identify, switch and grow accounts in line with overall commercial strategy. Works in combination with the sales management to define and implement the most effective approach and will ultimately be responsible for ensuring that not only growth targets are achieved but also to establish long term loyalty and commitment within the accounts.

**The Role**
**Commercial Management 60%**
- Responsible for managing all aspects of contracting with the defined Key Accounts and regular territory accounts.
- Achieve the quantitative objectives defined for each account/and territory.
- Development of sales strategies and training programs aligned with Sinclair’s overall strategic plan.
- Leverage portfolio and increase market share of Sinclair’s products within the key account
- Develop & manage relationships with Support team, decision makers, KOL´s, etc.
**Customer Relationship Management 30%**
- Establish a deep loyalty between the company and the key accounts through the development and implementation of product and non-product service offerings in line with local regulations and availability.
- Identify new opportunities in the defined accounts for further strategic synergies.
- Provide training and support about the proper use of Sinclair products and advise on the best practices in patient and practice management, through training events.
**Planning 10%**
- Define and execute a daily and monthly action plan for the assigned accounts.
- Maximise time spent with the customer by correct monthly and daily call planning.
- Effectively use promotional activities in line with budget.
- Constantly keep the business plan up to date and implement improvements.
- Adhere to Company promotional strategy.
**Your Skills & Experience - Do You Have What it Takes?**
Essential:
- Educated to degree level,
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets for min 2 years (preferably within the healthcare. industry)
- Proven sales success is essential.
- A proven track record of working across organizations to coordinate resources effectively to deliver an effective service to large customers.
- Highly qualified with a number of year’s relevant sales and industry experience.
- Demonstrable success in negotiating, consulting and building exceptional relationships at the highest level
- High level of analytical skills
Desirable:
- Educated to degree level, Scientific Degree (where needed)
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets (preferably within the healthcare. industry)
- Proven sales success is essential. Marketing and Consulting skills a benefit.
- A proven track record of working across organizations to coordinate resources effectively to deliver an effective service to large customers.
- Highly qualified with a number of year’s relevant sales and industry experience.
- Demonstrable success in negotiating, consulting and building exceptional relationships at the highest level, preferably within corporate accounts, leading to over achievement of performance measurements.
- High level of analytical skills
