Through a 360-degree culinary experience, we create the perfect environment for employees to bond, collaborate, and innovate.Your missionAs an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for executing HR operations such as recruiting, onboarding & offboarding, payroll, to implementing policies and supporting the managers. You will report to the Regional HR Manager, based in France, oversee our client sites in Western Europe .Key responsibilitiesHR OperationsAct as the first point of contact to the employees regarding HR-related questionsAdvise Managers on HR policy, legal requirements, miscellaneous issues, etc.Conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure seamless integration of new hiresProvide support and guidance during the HR life cycle (performance review, engagement survey, salary review, etc.)Implement global programs, such as diversity & inclusion initiatives, new policies, etc. at a local levelSupport implementing training programsEnsure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policiesOrganize and coordinate company events and HR-related initiatives.PayrollEnsure working time, holiday, sickness and other absences are well recorded in the time key system.Closely work with our payroll provider to run monthly payroll accuratelyShare payroll reports, especially labour cost report, internallyRecruitmentLiaise with Managers to establish their recruitment needs, ensuring that they are in line with the budget and activity forecastsPlace advertisements, develop relationships with schools or relevant stakeholdersProcess applications, shortlist candidates and conduct pre-selection interviewsArrange on-site interviews with hiring managersCarry out necessary pre-employment checks, including the right to work, and manage the preparation of offer letters and contractsCompliance & Policy AdministrationSupport compliance with local employment laws and regulations across multiple European countriesMaintain and distribute employee handbooks and country-specific policy addendaTrack mandatory trainings (e.g. health & safety, food safety, anti-harassment) and ensure completionMonitor updates in labor legislation and support implementation of policy changesYour profileYou are the HR Specialist we're looking for it you tick these boxes3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources / People OperationsKnowledge of French HR labour lawsExperience working in food and beverage or restaurant industryStrong written and oral communication skills in EnglishAbility to work autonomouslyExperience working in multi-sites is preferredWilling to travel within Western Europe when necessaryHiring Process First call/visio with the Regional HR ManagerSecond interview with the Global VP HR & the Regional DirectorPotentially: References & Background check
