Internship (6 months) - full time - Paris 9 or willing to move to Paris area - starting at 1300€/month_

Kiln is the leading enterprise-grade staking platform, enabling institutional customers to stake assets, and to white-label staking functionality into their offering. We are looking for a Finance & Operations Intern to work closely with our COO & co-founder and Finance Manager.

**Missions**:
**1) Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)**
- Assist with forecasting & budgeting
- Help with fundraising analysis and documentation
- Data analytics using Google Sheets, SQL, and Python

**2) Assist with Systems and Financial Reports**

**3) Support Commercial and Product Development**
- Contribute to financial negotiations for contracts
- Assist with project work to support sales operations, risk management, and other teams internally
- Help with modeling product and protocol revenue

**Preferred profile**:

- Skills & background_
- Basic understanding of financial modeling & KPIs/reporting (Google Sheets, Excel)
- Interest in crypto and familiarity with tooling (blockchain explorers, etc.) is a plus
- ** Knowledge of SQL, Python, and JavaScript**
- Fluent in English and French
- Preferred Skills:_
- Familiarity with automation tools (such as Zapier) is a plus
- Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Technology
- Soft Skills:_
- Genuine interest in Blockchain & crypto
- Humility & team-spirit
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and rigorous
- Passionate about tech startups
- Curious and able to dig into a topic and follow through
