**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We’re looking for **a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts** and help us attract top talent worldwide
In collaboration with the global People team, you will assist in **finding, sourcing, and attracting talent across all departments**—including customer success, marketing, product management, software development, and other areas—helping to build diverse and high-performing teams.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will gain **hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle in an international and fast-paced environment**:
- Partnering with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to help them evaluate and structure hiring needs for roles of varying seniority
- Supporting onboarding
- Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assisting with reporting and recruitment analytics
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for talent acquisition and HR, with a keen interest in recruitment strategies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset and a team-oriented attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks and processes
- Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus (we use Teamtailor)
