**Job Description**:
This role will be responsible for generating revenue from the sale of aftermarket products and supporting the sales team through lead generation. In addition, you will also support the existing admin team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Liaise with customers to review performance of existing contracts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cross-selling and working with the wider sales team to maximise Loma’s market share
- Identify sites for new business opportunities
- Maximise the retention of existing service contact revenue by building strong customer relationships
- Prepare customer proposals, follow up and win business
- Promote Loma service offering and prospect new customers
- Develop new service products
- Use your customer contact to identify possible sale leads.
- Attend local exhibitions to support the sales teams
- Maintain pricing levels and margins
- Update the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Process Sales and Service documentation where required.
- Enter quotes and orders onto the I.T. systems
- Act as a trusted advisor to our customers.
- Debtors Chasing
- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by their line manager that are essentially related to their duties
**Qualifications**:
**Essential**:
- Experience of sales and working within a commercial environment
- Experience selling an intangible product such as service contracts or insurance
- Ability to understand company sales tools
- A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets
- Proactive and Self-organised with an ability to manage a busy schedule and workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills used to build strong customer relationships.
- IT literate - able to use word, excel, power point and good presentation skills
- A role model of Loma’s behaviours (Hands-on, One Team, Positive Mindset, Deliver on our Commitments, Take the initiative)
- Work within our Trusted Advisor Ethos
- Knowledge of the English language is
- Good understanding of written and spoken English
