Dataiku's People Operations Team is looking for a driven People Generalist with experience working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for people operations for Europe and the Middle East.

**In this role, you will**:

- Ensure first level of support to Dataiku employees through our ticketing system
- Help with new hire administration and make sure we have every information needed on time to be able to onboard our new joiners properly, be their first HR point of contact
- Work closely with the other teams in charge of onboarding (the People Business Partner, Total Rewards, Payroll, IT and Happiness teams)
- Draft contractual elements during all the Dataikers journey based on provided templates (labor contract, addendums, various certificates)
- Work closely with the Payroll team to provide payroll information
- Contribute to documentation of internal processes and policies
- Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed

**You might be a good fit if you are/have**:

- A student in Masters or equivalent in an HR related field
- The ability to work well independently and as a team member in a time sensitive environment
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, strong work ethics and morale.
- The ability to work in an international environment
- Rigorous, well organized, and you embrace multitasking and problem solving
- You are fluent in French and have a good level in English
